The Training Course
The SCALE Online Course is a free training opportunity for coaches, educators, teachers and stakeholders working with young people. It shows how football can support motivation, school attendance and the prevention of early leaving from education and training.
Through five short video modules, participants can explore the SCALE methodology, on-field activities and dual career pathway, with multilingual subtitles, downloadable materials and a certificate upon completion.

About the project
Education dropout is still a considerable problem in Europe, with about 10% of youngsters leaving school or training. SCALE aims to use football to fight dropout in students/players aged 14-19.
